Choosing Your Therapist

There are two key elements to choosing a CBT therapist. The first is that they are fully accredited by the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). You can search the BABCP’s database for all accredited CBT therapists by clicking here.

Secondly, a strong therapeutic relationship is essential to any type of therapy or counselling. Choosing the therapist that is right for you is extremely important. You are in control of your own therapy; please feel free to ask any questions if you feel unsure as to whether we are right for you.
